No, I'm sorry to say it was quite real. Bill Clinton was late, so I spent from about 4:30 to 6:30 in line with this whole family behind me.
The rest of their ramblings were about what manner of Lexus or BMW they were buying next, and their next European vacation.
Then I stepped maybe two feet out of line to buy a bottle of water from a guy coming around and the dad took those few seconds to try and take my place.
It was awesome to see a former president speaking, but I almost just walked away after not being able to stand the people behind me.
