Guy to Gal: I was stressing out so bad at culinary school that I totally went off on this guy; "YOU CAN'T reduce the demi-glace!"
Then he fucking popped me in the mouth.

It's more often referred to as demi-glace, not demi-glaze.

Perhaps that's explains the reaction!
